Car Export Express & Cargo provides dependable auto shipping services across the United States and beyond. 1) All shipping and agency costs payable are per vehicle.
2) Once the services have begun, they are not financially cancelable.
3) To confirm our responsibility to the customer,
the services of "Car Export Express" and its managers may culminate in the following situations:
A) the rejection of your vehicle in the inspection of the police division of Stolen vehicles without the possibility of correction.
B) the delivery of the car at the assigned port terminal or at the chosen shipping company.
C) If on the day of the inspection, the car is rejected by the inspector of the
police, export services will stop for evaluation. The police will explain the reason for your refusal and file your report.
D) The Client or its representative has the obligation to verify the indication and attend to the pertinent corrections.
E) The client has the power to carry out the procedures on their own initiative or can use the
services of managers, to continue the processes.
F) If you decide not to continue with the procedures for changes of (parts-labels-motor), process called
(325) and decides to abandon all possibility of correction, there will be no refund
of money from the export management service.
4) If the client or his representative begins to make the pertinent corrections on his own initiative, by regulation, he will have to carry out the procedures on the same day established, according to the policy of the police and as he was evaluated to comply with the scheduled export. Done by you, these paperwork is not recommended on Fridays because of the time required with government agencies.
5) Our management service can be terminated or rescheduled with additional costs that the service requires since exports have a term of 3 days of validity from the day it was punctured or expired because it is Friday.
6) Maritime and land insurance, in used cars,
"Scratch" guayazos are NOT covered and cannot be claimed as part of
damages. Only significant damage occurred in maritime transport.
7) In matters of fines ("express car" or "administrative fines") they are the full responsibility of the owner of the car. The customer shall have all responsibility for resolving
or pay them directly and provide evidence to our office.
8) All the crystals must be healthy.
9) They cannot have tints greater than 35% darkness.
Except, if they are properly approved and certified by the PR police with their stamp of approval before visiting the stolen vehicle bureau.
10) The car must start, run and brake perfectly. No check engine on or liqueos
of serious oil. Otherwise, your export could be rejected or reclassified
to non running with an ocean freight charge added to the shipping cost of $750.00 and affecting the transportation cost and delivery times policy. (Check with managers about this policy for your knowledge.)
11) Gasoline or diesel, 1/4 tank maximum. Excess gasoline or diesel may be rejected

12) Electric cars must meet the following conditions:
a. to be healthy without accidents.
b. must deliver an updated CARFAX maintenance report without issues or recallsf.

13) Boxes or private property may not be sent inside the car. Only Pick up cargo or trucks allow shipping. You will need to notify it in advance AND send inventory sheet and photos. Costs start at $600.00
14) Garage Parking (Storage) at our facilities per day $20.00
a. 24-hour security.
b. Wash every 15 days approximately.
c. Preventive ignition every 3 days. (We are not responsible for the condition or death of your battery.
15) Our company never drives the customer's cars on the road. We offer a tow truck transfer service. If towing services were not contracted for the transfer of your car, the owner or his representative will be responsible for the transfer and will deliver the car at the port assigned by the shipping company.
Important Notes A:
1) Due to the present covid-19 or future illnesses or external situations, there could be significant delays not contemplated.
2) During the preparation process in the management services, it may take more time due to the following situations, beyond our operation:
a. illness of our personnel, government personnel, or PR police personnel.
b. backwardness in PR Government Agencies.
c. Police inspections are by reservation and specific hours. However, once the inspection is submitted, it may stop time delays by the police, you, or your representative on the day of this event.
3) Car deliveries at ports are subject to the following changes without notice:
a. first come, first served to get turn.
b. Space capacity available within the port.
c. Change of entry times to the port that is established from 7 am to 2 pm, for which it is established, there may be an early closure by the maritime operation or the port authority, a situation that is beyond our control or jurisdiction.
d. If you are the one who delivers your car to the port, this situation could affect the procedures causing the cancellation of documents and you would have to validate the canceled documents again.
Important Notes B:
We are not responsible for:
a. Personal items inside the car, moving, or boxes.
b. Personal items abandoned or left inside the car will be removed and discarded in the trash can.
c. Administrative fines from the PR government or express order.
d. Elimination of bank levies.
e. Error of information or omission of information offered by you or your car to the managers.
f. Failure to inspect the car by the police.
g. Mechanical failures of your car: before, during, or after your car sent the owner's entire responsibility to make and pay for repairs.
h. NO, we use the United States of America Postal Service for shipments of documents to and from the United States of America. If you wish to receive the documents securely, FedEx is available at an additional cost of $30.00 depending on the address you provide.
i. Service interruptions at ports, customs or government offices, etc.
j. Due to bad weather or accidents caused to you by third parties on the roads of Puerto Rico.
k. Interpretation decisions in the Depth of Stolen vehicles,

Or. Accidents occurring within the port are the full responsibility of the company
assigned maritime authority.
P. Accidents occurring in the USA will be processed by PRCT or GS or the motor carrier in charge of the car or independent operators.
2) Information about the way car transfers work with our company:
1) Car Export Express, is a company of Assistance Services for the export and transfer of cars by road and seas, providing legal management with permits from the Federal Department of Transportation (FMCSA) under the auspices of the Federal Department of Transportation (FMCSA) under the Federal Transportation Department of Transportation.

6)All documentation and information of the car and personnel will be through carexportexpress@gmail.com.
7) Once the information is confirmed, the assigned technician will process the information and create an invoice according to the transfer requirements confirmed by you for your shipment or the management services that you need to comply with for the shipment.
8) Pay for services as follows:
1. Cash or Manager's Check receive the set price.
2. Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery) will charge 3% of the total established in the invoice.
9) In the form you must include all your personal information, car information, transfer information, management information that apply to your shipment.
10) If the client, after evaluating the quote, wishes to make changes, he has to notify the email using the estimated number of the changes he wants. (0000-0000).
11) Once they have been made and approved, the official invoice will be sent to you and the payment will be collected.
12) Billing will be split according to the manner in which you selected your shipment.

3. Take clear images with your phone and available device from:
